3. Federal officials say a plane that crashed in a Florida neighborhood was not prepared to land. The plane crashed Tuesday near Orlando, killing five people and destroying two homes. Investigators say they still don't have an exact cause for the crash.

4. Roy Pearson just won't take "no" for an answer. Pearson is asking a judge to reconsider the 54-million-dollar lawsuit he filed against a dry cleaner he says lost a pair of his pants. A judge threw out the original lawsuit.
