2017年CRI An Oscar-nominated director in Beijing promoting Murder on the Orient Express(在线收听

Murder on the Orient Express, the famous story by Agatha Christie, has once again been made into a movie.

Kenneth Branagh directed and stars in the film, playing great detective Hercule Poirot.

Branagh recently arrived in Beijing doing a promotion ahead of the film's release in China on Friday.

"We wanted to bring the full experience to the audience so I shot on a film. It essentially means it looks sharper, richer and more colorful, and it feels like you're inside."

Murder on the Orient Express was shot using 65mm Panavision cameras, of which there are only four available in the world. It follows a lavish trip through Europe that quickly unfolds into a race against time to solve a murder aboard a train.

Detective Hercule Poirot soon arrives to interrogate all passengers and search for clues before the killer can strike again.

The movie has also been dubbed in Chinese by famous Chinese actor Wang Qianyuan and Chinese actress Yu Feihong.
