President Trump claims he let White House counsel Don Mcgahn testify to Robert Mueller's investigators and has nothing to hide. The New York Times reported that Mcgahn has cooperated extensively with the Russia investigation.

Shots were fired at a security booth outside the US embassy in Ankara, Turkey on Monday. US officials say nobody was hurt. Reports say the shots were fired from a moving white car.

A number of strong earthquakes struck Indonesia on Sunday, killing at least a dozen people. The quakes hit the same region where a powerful earthquake killed hundreds earlier this month.

And about two million Muslims in Saudi Arabia for the hajj gathered in the valley of Mount Arafat. Muslims believed the ritual gives them their best chance to cleanse sins and get a new start.
