The man accused of kidnapping and murdering college student Mollie Tibbetts appeared in court in Iowa. The manager of the farm where Cristhian Bahena Rivera worked says the suspect wasa good employee but used fraudulent documents to get hired.

And Ohio State University has suspended football coach Urban Meyer for three games. He admits to mishandling the behavioral and personal problems of an assistant coach who face domestic abuse allegations.
