A powerful typhoon has slammed into western Japan. Strong winds blew a tanker into a bridge, disrupting land and air travel. Jebi was the strongest typhoon to make landfall in Japan since 1993, and has left at least 2 people dead.

Colin Kaepernick doesn't have a job in the NFL, but has scored a multi-year deal with Nike. A person familiar with the contract says, Nike will feature Kaepernick on several platforms, including billboards, Television commercials and online ads.
