　　More recently, I wrote an article for Esquire called -- about radical honesty. 到最近我为《风尚》杂志写了一篇文章叫做--关于绝对诚实。

　　So, I decided I would try this for a month. This was the worst month of my life. I do not recommend this at all.  我决定要来试试看这种方式生活一个月。这是我一生中最糟的一个月。我完全不建议这样做。

　　To give you a sense of the experience, the article was called, "I Think You're Fat." So, that was hard. 我这样讲你就了解了，这篇文章叫做"我觉得你很胖"。因此，那是困难的。
