President Trump canceled his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the G20 summit at Argentina. Trump cited Russia's seizure of Ukraine navy vessels in the Black Sea over the weekend.

Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen has pleaded guilty to lying to Congress. Cohen now says he pursued a real estate deal in Moscow on Trump's behalf until June, 2016, much later than was previously acknowledged.

Jackson, Mississippi police say someone shot 2 small children in a car that their mother was driving. The children were hospitalized in stable condition. Police were searching for a suspect.

And heavy rains brought flash floods to fire-stricken areas of northern California. Crews used boats to rescue people stuck in homes and vehicles.
