A group of Congress members visited a New Mexico border patrol station to investigate the death of a Guatemalan girl. The representatives called the station's facilities "inhumane" and said she should have gotten medical treatment sooner.

Elon Musk revealed a plan to dig miles of tunnels beneath Los Angeles. He said specially modified autonomous vehicles could bring people around the city and relieve traffic.
