Senator Larry Craig is back to fight in court. He is asking the Minnesota Court of Appeals to withdraw his guilty plea in connection with an arrest in a sex sting. The county judge refused to do so. The Idaho Republican pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after being accused of soliciting sex in a bathroom.

California's Interstate 5 is opened again three days after a fiery crash closed it down. But the tunnel where the crash and fire happened is still closed. Officials say though the rush hour went great and congestion was lighter than usual.

Two of O.J. Simpson's codefendants were in a Las Vegas court today. Charles Cashmore and Walter Alexander say they'll plead guilty and testify against Simpson and four others in an alleged casino hotel robbery.

Kathleen Casey-Kirschling has reached a milestone. Born on January 1st, 1946, she's the first official baby boomer. And today she filed for Social Security. Kirschling says she is very excited because she worked hard for a long time for that money.
