West Virginia teachers are set to go on strike on Tuesday. They are protesting educational legislation, which they say was done without teacher imput.

San Diego police say more than a dozen people were trapped when a ride got stuck high over seaworld. Video from the scene showed rescue crews are lowering people down from the ride.
