Texas authorities are using air boats to search Trinity Bay for debris from a crashed cargo plane. The Boeing 767 crashed suddenly while approaching Houston on Saturday, killing all 3 people on board.

A storm dropped about a foot of snow on southern Minnesota, blocking some highways. Bitter cold temperatures are expected to continue into March in the Upper Midwest.
