Former President Jimmy Carter was back at church Sunday delivering a Bible lesson in his hometown of Plains, Georgia. It's less than two weeks after Carter was hospitalized for breaking his pelvis in a fall. After telling a story about his cancer diagnosis, Carter said he has “complete confidence" in his belief in life after death.

And a bizarre sight in the Philadelphia skyline Sunday morning - a gusher of water streaming from the side of a 61-story skyscraper. The deluge soaked the sidewalk below. It almost looked like a rainstorm. The blog Billy Penn says it happened for about five minutes before coming to an abrupt halt. Officials in Philly said they don't know what caused it. And no response from building's management.
