The director of the Tulsa Health Department says he wishes president Donald Trump wouldpostpone a planned campaign rally because of recent increases in the number of coronaviruscases. The president plans to hold the rally at the 19,000-seat Bok Center on Saturday aftermonths away from the campaign trail.
