Jenny在一家服装公司工作，近段时间生意红红火火，同事们热情高涨，老板在会上提出在市中心繁华地段开分店，一位美国职工说：We will back you up all the way, sir.

We will back you up all the way. 我们会完全支持你。

back up是英语里的常见词组，意为“支持，援助”，back sb. up就是“支持某人”相当于support sb.，stand by sb.。例如：He would have lost his position if you hadn't backed him up. 假如你当初没有支持他,他可能已经失去职位了。
