Victor：jetlag是什么意思呢，Nancy？

Nancy：Jetlag is when you fly to different time zones， Victor.

Victor：就是你从一个地方飞到另外一个地方，感受时差的不同。

Nancy：So even though it’s night where you came from， it might be morning where you’re going.

Victor：日夜更迭，那种感觉一定很不爽哦。

Nancy：So this will mess up your sleep， and make you very tired.

Victor：当然，常见两种症状就是感觉睡眠不足，very tired。

Nancy：You can also say， “I’m jetlagged.”

Victor：另一种方式就是，I’m jetlagged。

Nancy：So， I’ve got jetlag.

Victor：I’ve got jetlag.
