第一句：You must have the wrong number.

你一定打错电话了。

A: Hello. Can I talk to Miss Anna Li, please?

喂，我找李安娜小姐接电话。

B: I beg your pardon? Miss who?

请再说一遍好吗？找谁？

A: Miss Li, Anna Li.

李小姐，李安娜。

B: I'm sorry, but I don't know that name. You must have the wrong number.

对不起，不认识那个人，你一定打错了。

第二句：Sorry, wrong number.

对不起，打错了。

A: Hello, is this 83456734?

喂，是不是83456734？

B: Sorry, wrong number.

对不起，打错了。

告知对方打错电话还可以有以下的表达法：

You've dialed the wrong number. 你拨错号码了。

说明电话里有杂音时可以说：There is noise on the line. 线路有杂音。

或者说线路接触不好：I think we have a bad connection. 我觉得线路接触不好。

I'm sorry, the line was disconnected. 对不起，掉线了。
