Dialogue 1 A:It's been great meeting you here the show,i really appreciate learning more about what MIRCONAN does.Actually without the information you given me,i'm wondering if you might be interested in moving MIRCONAN forward in the Asian market.

B:Well,to be honest,we haven't taken too much time to think about advanced in any other than domestic markets.

A:Does MIRCONAN have a presents out of the United States?

B:We do some catalogue work in Europe,and of course,we do have brand name recognition in Canada,but nothing more than that.Up to now,we pretty much focused on domestic development.

A:Our company is looking to expander business in American,and with strained the MIRCONAN brand,we'd really love to talk more about teaming up,we've already negotiated with a few different companies who had potential,but we via to find suitable match for introducing our products into the American market,does this sound like something you might be interested in?

B:Well,sure,i'll be happy to dicuss some possibility with you,like i said,i present we're not looking to expand into Asia,but we'll be more than happy to discuss the possibility of becoming your American distributer.

A:We're really looking to find a partner for a joint venture project,if you are interested in something a long those lines,let's set up a meeting time.

B:Yeah,that'd be great.

Dialogue 2 A:So tell me what's the markets like in Shanghai,is there much room for the development now?

B:Oh,yes you wouldn't believe how strong the man for new products development is right now,not only in Shanghai,but all over china,china's economy is moving fast.

A:Sounds like it's time to get a piece the action by investing somehow,but the only problem is ,it's hard to nowhere to start.

B:Are you interested in finding a partner for a joint venture?we can help you research the market and find a good match.there is literally a town of chinese companies out there,that would be willing to enter in a joint venture agreement now.

A:Actually,we have been trying to get involved into Asia for quite sometime now,it would be great to test the water with the joint venture first,that way it removes a little of the risk out of the picture .
