Linda: What are you doing?

Alex: I'm making a list of goals for 2017.

Linda: You're writing New Year's resolutions?

琳达：你是在写新年计划吗？

Alex: Yes! I make a list of goals every year. What about you?

阿莱克斯：没错！我每年都会制定一个目标清单。你呢？

Linda: I don't make resolutions.

琳达：我不会制定计划。

Alex: Why not?

阿莱克斯：为什么不呢？

Linda: Resolutions are hard to keep.

琳达：计划很难去实现。

Alex: Try an easy goal. What do you enjoy doing now?

Linda: I like reading, so maybe I can read more books next year.

琳达：我喜欢阅读，所以也许我明年会读更多的书。

Alex: How many books do you read now?

阿莱克斯：你现在读多少本书？

Linda: I read maybe ten books every year.

琳达：我一年大概会读10本书。

Alex: OK. Plan to read fifteen or twenty books next year.

阿莱克斯：好的。可以计划明年读15或者12本书。

Linda: I like that idea. Now I'm excited!

琳达：我喜欢这个主意。现在我很兴奋！
