Susie: What are you looking at, Rob?

苏西：罗布，你在看什么？

Rob: I'm reading this flyer, Susie. Some people want to start a lacrosse team.

罗布：苏西，我在看这张传单。有人想要成立一支网棒球队。

Susie: What is lacrosse?

苏西：网棒球是什么?

Rob: Lacrosse is a sport. Two teams play it on a big field.

罗布：网棒球是一种运动。两支队伍在一片大球场上打球。

Susie: Do they kick a ball?

苏西：他们是踢球吗？

Rob: No. Players use lacrosse sticks to throw a ball into a goal.

罗布：不是，球员使用网棒球杆把球抛进球门。

Susie: That sounds really interesting.

苏西：听起来很有趣。

Rob: It's a lot of fun, too!

罗布：也很好玩喔！

Taylor: Wow. Look at all these people.

泰勒：哇，看看这一大堆的人。

Rob: Maybe they want to join the team.

罗布：也许他们想要加入球队。

Taylor: Lacrosse must be a hard sport.

泰勒：网棒球一定是很困难的运动。

Rob: Why do you say that?

罗布：你为什么这么说？

Taylor: Lacrosse players wear a lot of gear. They are all wearing helmets, and pads on their shoulders and elbows. They have big gloves, too!

泰勒：网棒球球员穿戴许多装备。他们全都戴着安全帽，肩膀和手肘也有护垫，还戴着大手套！

Rob: Players also wear mouth guards.

罗布：球员还会戴护齿套。

Taylor: Really? Why?

泰勒：真的吗？为什么？

Rob: To protect their teeth!

罗布：保护他们的牙齿呀！
