1. Police seized dozens of documents from a West Texas polygamous ranch including marriage and birth certificates. That’s according to copies of search warrants released today. The records also refer to a "cyanide poisoning document" but offers no other explanation.

2. A Marine suspected in the killing of a pregnant colleague is in police custody in western Mexico. And Corporal Cesar Laurean could remain there for a year if he fights extradition .He is charged with killing pregnant Marine Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach.

3. President Bush and his wife paid over 220,000 dollars in federal taxes last year. The first family made nearly 925,000 dollars. That includes a-150,000-dollar advance the first lady received for the children's book she coauthored with her daughter, Jenna.
