3.Nebraska’s Governor has signed a safe-haven bill that has an age limit. The state previously didn't have a limit--that let in nearly three dozen children including some teenagers being abandoned. The law was designed to prevent newborns from being dumped in trash bins or worse.

4.Madonna and Guy Ritchie are a step closer to ending their eight-year marriage. The couple granted a divorce decree today in a London courtroom. The Queen of Pop and the Director reportedly reached their owner agreements over the assets and children.
