2. Rocker Travis Barker is suing over a September plane crash that left four people dead. Barker wants more than 25,000 dollars in damages. The former Blink-182 drummer and celebrity disc jockey DJ AM were the only survivors of the accident.

3. Zimbabwe has reportedly refused entry to Jimmy Carter, Kofi Annan, and a South African human rights advocate. They were planning to assess the country's humanitarian crisis. Zimbabwe's state-run newspaper says the three have been asked to "come at a later date" to accommodate the crop-planting season.

4. And watch as this brilliant fireball lights up the western Canada sky. Several people witnessed the meteor of many colors. No one has found any fragments, but experts say it's likely some fell in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
