2.Moments after five Blackwater security guards turned themselves in, prosecutors unsealed a 35-count indictment against them. The guards are facing manslaughter and other charges over a shooting incident in a Baghdad intersection last year that left 17 Iraqi civilians dead.

3.Congressional Democrats have sent the White House a draft of a roughly 15-billion-dollar auto bailout. That’s expected to come to a vote this week. According to a draft obtained by the AP, the measure would rush bridge loans to Detroit's Big Three automakers. It would also put an overseer appointed by the President in charge of monitoring an industry restructuring.

4.And a zoo in Brazil is celebrating the birth of a rare pigmy hippopotamus by inviting visitors to vote on its name. So far, the zoo has selected four names to vote for, including Kadina, and Lola.
