1.Israel's prime minister says he's ready to restart negotiations with Palestinians immediately. Benjamin Netanyahu made the comments after a two-hour meeting at the White House with President Barack Obama. But Natanyahu says any agreement is contingent on Palestinian acceptance of Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state.

2.Former Illinois police officer Drew Peterson is pleading not guilty to charges of murdering his third wife. Kathleen Savio was found dead in a dry bathtub five years ago. Her death was originally ruled an accident, but was reclassified as a homicide after Peterson's fourth wife disappeared. Peterson denies any involvment.

3.The cleanup is already underway in the Los Angeles area where a 4.7-magnitude earthquake shattered windows and rattled the nerves of locals. At least ten aftershocks barreled through afterward, the largest of which clocked in at magnitude 3.1.

4.And astronauts can wrap up work at Hubble by wrapping up the space telescope in protective covering. That's about all is left on the Atlantis crews to-do list. Astronauts have finished up their repairs inside the observatory on their fifth and final space walk of the mission.
