3. Workers accused of staging fights by mentally and developmentally disabled residents at a state school in Corpus Christi, Texas have been arraigned on felony charges, all pleaded not guilty. The fights at Corpus Christi State School recorded on a cellular phone.

4. NASA reports the Hubble Space Telescope is better than new and flying on its own again. Officials say the 19-year-old Hubble should be good for another five to ten years.
