1.A health care reform bill put together by a bipartisan group of senators will be unveiled tomorrow.  Negotiators say they block the cost of the package down to 880 billion dollars over ten years, but say some key issues still need to be worked out.

2.The brother of an Iraqi reporter who threw his shoes at former President George W. Bush says the journalist has now been released from a Baghdad prison. The reporter’s spent nine months behind bars. He ought to have been released yesterday, but that was held up by paperwork delays.

3.Connecticut’s chief medical examiner says he expects to have more information today about the killing of a Yale graduate student. Investigators say they don’t believe Annie Le's murder was a random act. But so far there's been no arrest.

4.Fans and friends are mourning the death of Patrick Swazye. The 57-year-old actor died Monday after a nearly two-year battle with pancreatic cancer. Swazye is best known for his role in Dirty Dancing and Ghost.
