3.A Connecticut man has been charged with the murder of a University of Connecticut football player. And two others were charged in the fight that led the stabbing death of 20-year-old Jesper Howard.  

4.Michael Jackson's "THIS IS IT" opens nationwide. The documentary focuses on the singer's preparations for his comeback concerts. Jackson died just days before the shows were about to kick off.
