1. Toyota has announced it will recall more than 400,000 Prius and other hybrid vehicles around the globe to fix brake problems. This recall is the latest in a string of embarrassing safety problems at the world's largest automaker. This recall involves only Prius models that went on sale last year.

2. Travelers are being warned, if you are trying to get out of Washington D.C, you'd better do it early today. Seats are still at a premium on planes and trains after this weekend's blizzard dropped more than two feet of snow, and more snow is forecasted for Tuesday into Wednesday. Some areas could get another two feet.

3. The doctor charged in Michael Jackson's death is out on 75,000 dollars bail after pleading not guilty to involuntary manslaughter. Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyer says his client plans to return to his medical practices in Houston and Las Vegas until his trial starts. If convicted, Murray could get up to four years in prison.

4. Astronauts aboard the space shuttle Endeavour are inspecting it for any launch damage. Some foam insulation broke off the fuel tank during Monday morning's launch, but there was no indication anything hit the shuttle. Endeavour should arrive at the International Space Station tomorrow.
