1. Space shuttle Endeavour and its crew of six are safely back on Earth, following a successful construction mission to the International Space Station. The shuttle touched down at Kennedy Space Center late Sunday night. Only one more mission for Endeavour among the four that are left on the shuttle's schedule.

2. President Barack Obama is trying to revive his stalled health care overhaul by taking the fight to insurance companies. Obama will unveil the new White House plan today. It proposes giving federal authorities the power to limit rate hikes by private insurance. The proposal comes just days before a health care summit with congressional leaders from both parties.

3. A sweeping credit card law goes into effect today. Under the new law, credit card companies have to tell consumers how long it will take to pay off their balances. It does, though, allow banks to create new fees and raise old ones.

4. The US Olympic hockey team notched a huge victory last night, beating the favored Canadians 5-3 for the first time in 50 years. Brian Rafalski scored two goals for the
