[00:22.69]It is the oldest suburb in Melbourne.

[00:30.95]It has became a great place to live in.

[00:53.71]and there are lots of parks there.
[00:56.14]The center of Melbourne is very easy to get to

[01:06.44]There are lots of things to do in Fitzroy.

[01:11.56]and there are tennis courts.

[01:14.74]and places to walk and picnic.

[01:18.88]water sports on the Yarra River.
[01:21.49]If you sit by the river in the evening,
[01:23.71]you will see lots of people in sailboats there.
