1. Limited flights are resuming at certain airports in Europe, five days after a volcanic ash cloud forced planes to remain on the ground. Only a few flights are being allowed in and out of France today. And European officials say it will take several days for regular traffic to resume.

2. Police have not identified the gunman who opened fire at a Tennessee hospital, killing one woman before committing suicide. A taxi driver says he drove the gunman to the hospital. That cab driver says the gunman gave him 20 dollars and told him to wait. It was then when the gunman pulled a weapon from his waist and started shooting. Two other women were injured and remain hospitalized.

3. A San Francisco man has pleaded not guilty to making threatening phone calls to House speaker Nancy Pelosi over her support of health care reform. Prosecutors say Gregory Lee Giusti made at least 48 calls to Pelosi's San Francisco...
