CCTV9英语新闻12月：中巴资源卫星发射失败

The CBERS-3 Satellite has failed to enter its designated orbit after being launched from the Taiyuan base on Monday morning. The satellite is a geostationary remote sensing satellite jointly¹ developed by China and Brazil.

Previous launches of CBERS-1 and -2 in 1999 and 2003 were successful. Chinese experts and their Brazilian counterparts are looking into the cause of the failure.
