A new type of surgery may make it easier for patients who would otherwise require a more invasive procedure.  The new type of operation makes it possible for doctors to remove unwanted tissue through a patient's mouth.  Surgeons in the U.S. recently used the procedure to remove a man's inflamed appendix.  VOA's Robert Raffaele has the story.
