　　Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that although he thinks his country's counteroffensive against Russia would be successful because of the number of projected Ukrainian casualties, the move is being delayed.

　　Russia's Wagner Group, a private army, is spearheading much of the fighting for the Ukrainian city of Bakhmut.
