President Obama wants the Senate to confirm Supreme¹ Court nominee² Judge Sonia Sotomayor before August. Republicans warn though they will not be rushed through the voting process. Wreckages have been found in the Atlantic Ocean that could have come from the Air France plane that disappeared yesterday.So far, a drum, seats other items have been found but it s not enough to make a confirmed connection to Flight 447. The flight was headed from Rio de Janeiro to Paris when it encountered turbulence³ and then lost radio contact.The 228 passengers and crew onboard are presumed dead.

The man accused of killing⁴ a doctor who performed abortions⁶ is expected to be in court today. Investigators⁷ believe Scott Roeder shot and killed Doctor George Tiller in the foyer of his church on Sunday.
