Police in Connecticut have made an arrest in the murder of Yale University graduate student Annie Le. Ray Clark, a lab technician,who works in the building where Le's body was found, has been charged with murder. Clark was arraigned¹ in the last hour. He did not enter a plea. He was ordered held on three millions dollars bond pending² his next court of apearance scheduled for October 6th.

Indonesia official say a nine-year man hunt for accused terror mastermind Noordin Top is finally over. Official there say he was killed during a overnight raid and a central job of police storm that militant³ hide out early this morning killing⁴ at least four people. They go on to say fingerprints⁵ was used to confirm Noordin's death. Police also say he played a role in the killing of more than two hundred people in the 2002 Bali bombings.

At least sixteen people killed, fifty-five others wounded when a car bomb went off in the Afghan capital of Kabul. Italy's Defense⁶ Minister says at least six Italian soldiers were killed in that blast. A witness says the blast occured in the most residential⁷ area near the Supreme⁸ Court of Afghanistan.

R&B singer Chris Brown is now picking up trash at a police horse stables in Virginia. This is part of his pulishment for beating his ex-girlfriend singer Rihanna. The community service is also included in this five years probation⁹ as part of the sentence and twelve month of domestic violence counselling.

People Magazine has singled out ten famous women who look fabulous¹⁰ most of the time. Kate Winslet is on the list of the best dress women of the year. The magazine says she has sexy sophistication. It singled out First Lady Michelle Obama for best-accessible glamour¹¹. And it says country music singer Taylor Swift has the best sparkle.
