Autopsy¹ results that we have from these today are that the bodies of the children show no sign of having undergone violence. We have done, we will be making various other DNA² analysis and other types of analysis, and we will give you the news of this. The mother has admitted to having deliberately³ choked, suffocated⁴ the children. But we do need to remember that there is an assumption of innocence⁵, we cannot decide that she is genuinely a murderer until that court case happens, which will take many months.

 

I'm not trying to get in to any judge's face, but I'm trying to let the public know: we enforced the human struggling, we enforced the employer sanction, we are the only law enforcement agency in this state, blocking up 2,000 the human smuggling⁶, including the co-conspirators. So my point is the minute a law is passed, this sheriff is going to go out and enforce the law, that was my message, not trying to get in the face of a federal judge.
