 The private sector¹ is doing fine. Where we're seeing weakness in our economy have to do with state and local government, oftentimes cuts initiated² by governors or mayors who are not getting the kind of help that they have in the past from the federal government and who don't have the same kind of flexibility³ as the federal government in dealing⁴ with fewer revenues coming in. 

 

The publicans were quick to pounce⁵ on those first five words that the president said the private sector is doing fine. Within hours, they surfaced in a Republican National Committee web ad.

 

 

Now the private sector isdoing fine.

 

Mitt⁶ Romney and other leader of republicans also jumped on President Obama's use of those words.

 

He said the private sector is doing fine. He said the private sector is doing fine. Is he really that out of touch?

 

And Romney also attacked President Obama for calling more stimulus⁷ money to hire state and local government workers. We also heard this from John Berner. We had a problem with that. We also heard comments from Eric Cantor. Do we have Eric Cantor's comments?

 

 

We just listened to the president say that the private sector is doing fine. And my question would be that president are you kidding, that he see the job numbers that came out last week. 

 

Mitt Romney also made comments about cutting jobs for firemen, policemen, and teachers,saying we don't need to hire more government workers and he didn't specifically say we should cut those jobs, but he did say that President Obama wants to hire more firemen and policemen and more teachers.

 

Time for the RidicuList, and tonight I am adding myself, that's right me, I'mon the RidicuList yet again, if you watched program last night, you might have noticed I had an embarrassing little moment. At the precise moment, I realized I was live on the air, my face locked in a look of confusion, which then, moves into a look of fear. Now like I said, I'm choosing to blame the crew, mostly because Idon't have a good excuse. No one was distracting me. I wasn't very tired and I certainly wasn't drunk, at least no more than usual. I will say in my defense,when it comes to bloopers, I am some pretty good company.

What's weird⁹ about that is I don't even know what language they are speaking, she's like I pale and theother one is just like she ever hear about. I didn't understand what they said, anyway I love her, the show must go on. By the way,it is not just news anchors who are prone¹⁰ to awkward moment in front of cameras. This is one of my favorite, take a look at the young woman behind the news cast, who realized she is on camera, and then tries to hide, stop, drop and roll. That is my kind of coworker. It's not just people who don't realize they are on camera, sometimes the show is moving along and things just, well, kind of happen.

 

So I got knocked up last night. Not literally¹¹, but I got the movie knocked up. Yes, the movie "Knocked Up.".
