4. Former "Saturday Night Live" regular Tracy Morgan was arrested in Manhattan early Tuesday morning on drunken driving charges. The 38-year-old comedian⁴, who currently costars on NBC's "30 Rock", pleaded no contest to a drunken driving charge in February of this year.
