在這競爭激烈的時代，各航空公司無不使盡渾身解數來爭取客源。於是服務品質的好壞成了旅客挑選航空公司時的重要決定因素。搭機時不妨好好利用各項服務以使旅途舒適愉快。

●先生，歡迎搭乘。我來幫忙找您的座位好嗎？

   Welcome, sir. May I help you find your seat? 

●好的，麻煩你。這是我的登機證。

   Yes, please. Here's my boarding pass.

●能否請你告訴我33H在哪裏？

   Can you tell me where 33H is?

●請帶我到我的座位好嗎？

   Will you show me to my seat, please?

座位發生問題時

●我要求的是非吸菸區的座位，可是現在卻在吸菸區的位子。

   I requested a non-smoking seat, but I am in a smoking seat.

●有人坐我的位子。

   Someone is sitting in my seat.

●對不起，這是我的座位。

   Excuse me, this is my seat.

●我兒子跟我的位子被分開了，我們想要坐在一起。

   My son and I are separated, we would like to sit together.

想換座位時

如有空位，請通知我。我想換座位。

   If you have a vacant¹ seat, please let me know. I would like to change my seat. 

●可以換到那個座位嗎？

   Is it all right to move [switch] to that seat? 

●對不起。您介意跟我換位子嗎？

   Excuse me. Would you mind trading seats with me?
