一个客户在电话线上和我就一笔生意讨价还价，硬要在我的报价上要砍掉一角钱，当时我和他据理力争，他说：”I'm not trying to nickel and dime1 you.“ 我当时就冲口回答：”I don't need your nickel and dime.（我才不要你的分分角角呢）”
事后经美国同事解释，原来那个客户当时就是和我在讨价还价。
