　　警方26日表示，随着气温的升高，城市里“路怒”也随之增多。针对这种“情绪中暑”现象，警方称，夏季司机更易怒，小小的摩擦会迅速升级演变为暴力事件。

　　情绪中暑

　　“情绪中暑”可以用英文emotional sunstroke表示，是指当气温超过35℃、日照超过12小时、湿度高于80%时，人容易情绪失控，频繁发生摩擦或争执的现象，又叫夏季情感障碍综合症。“中暑”除了用sunstroke表示，还可以用heatstroke表示。

　　日前，上海青浦区发生司机殴斗，众目睽睽下开起“碰碰车”，双方由相互指责演变为撕扯殴斗，后情绪失控，竟演变成撞车。有人称“路怒”（road rage）也是“情绪中暑”的一种。

　　天气变化会对人心情产生影响，夏季需警惕“情绪中暑”，夏季忧郁症（summertime sadness）。冬季需注意“小屋热”（cabin fever）、“冬季抑郁症”（ winter depression）等季节情绪失调症（Seasonal Affective Disorder，SAD），需注意自我心理调节，保持良好的精神状态。
