　　China's first child abduction alert¹ system, which will close all the exits of a building for 10 minutes to search for missing² children, came into force in Nanjing, capital city of Jiangsu province, on June 1.

　　6月1日，全国首个防儿童走失系统在江苏南京正式启用，该系统启动后会关闭建筑物所有出口10分钟，以寻找走失儿童。

　　“防儿童走失系统”可以用英文child abduction alert system/lost child alert system 表示，abduction是绑架，拐骗的意思，如诱拐儿童（child abduction ）。

　　家长发现儿童走失后可以就近按下紧急按钮（emergency button），工作人员确认后即启动走失系统（initiate the system）。该系统启动后建筑物所有出口会关闭10分钟，以寻找走失儿童。据悉，中国每年有20万走失儿童（missing child），大部分是在公共场所走失的。据警方的相关统计，儿童容易在高人口密度区域（places of high population density）走失。

　　美国于1984年最早实施了儿童走失警报系统“亚当警报”（Code Adam），用来防止拐卖和绑架儿童（child trafficking and abduction ）。
