“互联网银行”用英文怎么说？

　　李克强说：“互联网银行是中国金融改革的一大步。”他强调指出，政府将为互联网民营银行的发展创造良好的环境。

　　文中的Internet-based banking就是指“互联网银行”。作为去年7月银监会正式批复筹建的5家privately funded banks（民营银行）之一，WeBank（深圳前海微众银行）是国内第一家开业的互联网民营银行，以互联网络作为交易媒介，没有physical branches（实体营业网点），可以降低operational costs（运营成本）。

　　除个人客户外，微众银行还将针对micro-sized and small enterprises（小微企业）发放贷款。微众银行的成立和发展反应出我国Internet finance（互联网金融）的迅猛发展势头。网上银行（online banking）、在线理财（online wealth management）以及第三方支付（third-party payments）等均属于互联网金融。
