A:Excuse me. Can you help me please?

打扰一下。可不可以请您帮我个忙？

 

B:Yes. What can I do for you?

是的。我能帮你什么呢？

 

A:I'd like to return this product.

我想退货。

 

B:What appears to be wrong with it?

出什么问题了？

 

A:There's nothing wrong with it. However, I don't like the color.

没出什么问题。不过，我不喜欢这颜色。

 

B:Can I see your receipt¹, please?

我能看看你的收据吗？

 

A:I'm sorry, I lost it. I bought it last Friday. Can you look up the details of the sale?

对不起，我弄丢了。我是上周五买的，你能不能帮我查查销售记录？

 

B:I don't have those details, I'm sorry.

我们没有那些记录。很抱歉！

 

A:So what can I do?

那么我该怎么办？

 

B:I'm sorry. I can't help you without a proof² of purchase.

很抱歉。没有购货单的话，我帮不了你。

 

A:I'll go home and look for it, then I'll be back.

我回家找找，然后再回来。
