可数名词复数不规则变化有以下情况：

1. 集体名词
集体名词是个小群体，本身就是复数(不表示单个)，常见的有audience,people(人), cattle1, police,sheep等, 然而people在表示“民族”的时候，却又不是集体名词，例如: China is a people of diligence. (中华民族是个勤劳的民族)。还有一些像the English，the French，the Chinese等表示“某国国民”的词，也是复数。
2. 一些特殊的词
children, feet, teeth, women, men, mice....这些词的单复数形式相差挺大，但因为他们特殊，多看几遍肯定就记住了，不会造成困扰的。
3. 合成名词的复数形式
1) 没有连字符的合成名词，如supermarket, blackboard....将market, board....转化为复数supermarkets, blackboards即可。
2) 如果构成合成词的两个都是名词，将后一个词转化为复数(shop-assistants, mail-boxes)；但如果一个是名词，另一个不是，则将名词转化为复数(常见的有standers-by, lookers-on)。
3) 当第一个词是man或者woman时，两个都要变，见men servants, women teachers。
