 -Of course, it’s not magic, but he’s something of a magic man, Chris Powell, who gets it all done there, joins us now. And Chris, you see that, and it’s enthralling. I tell you, it’s an appointment viewing for me and it’s interesting, because you know at the end, there is gonna be a review. They will have lost a lot of weight. But for so many of us who do have pounds to lose, if not hundreds of them, what’s the takeaway do you think from the show?

-Well, you know, what my people go through and what everybody go through, I mean, it’s, it's, there, there is nothing really unique. I mean, we are, we are all human. We are all dealing with same kind of struggles and, and how we handle it when you want to lose 20 pounds or 200 pounds. It’s all about making those tiny little lifestyle changes and letting them grow. Their journey, it takes them a year more. But for, for someone who wants to lose 20 pounds, it could be, you know,  a two-month journey. But it’s, it's all the same. That’s brilliant.
-You’ve heard half the battle, it’s getting started, making that decision. So, let’s say we make that decision. How do we start a new program? 
-Well, I mean, it’s all about laying on the path. So, really finding a sound nutrition program, and an exercise program that resonates with you. And the beauty of it, and this’s the fun part about, about really beginning. It’s in the first six, eight weeks. That’s when you get the most incredible results. So, you get just to skyrocket everything-your strength fills the route, your stamina, your endurance, and on top of that, you get to see some really good numbers on the scale. And the on top of that, you know, hum, it’s really about, it's about finding something that you love. You know, when it comes to exercise, some other people, they say that, what's the, what’s the best thing I can do? Well, it’s kind of like dating. It’s important to try a bunch of different things, try running, try swimming, try basketball, soccer, try whatever is it, it might resonate with you.
-Look at that point, I love to swimming. I try to do that as often as I can, but then I find it if I go play basketball with fellows, suddenly there is the muscle groups that are, they are barking, is that a good or bad thing?
-Fantastic thing! Anytime you change it up, your body is gonna receive the brand-new stimulus. And that new stimulus is gonna get you all kinds of new results. So it’s a trick to treat that fitness professionals use it all the time. Keep changing it up, well, it's, it’s supposed to happen. 
-All right! So, it’s summer. And so let’s say we are on that program, but we also have that vocation coming up. We go up for the weekend, we can enjoy something. You know what, I’ve earned a break. How do you, how do you feel about going away and splurging for seven days?
-Ok. It’s tricky. Believe it or not, a break is actually a really good thing, especially if you’ve been in training for a significant period of time. Anytime you train for 8, 10, 12 weeks, you are supposed to take a good week off actually. And it’s good especially as soon as you can back into it. You’re gonna get great results. Unfortunately, a lot of people come back and they are still on the vocation mode. You know exactly how that goes. So it’s important that while you are on vocation, you should still carve out that time for yourself. It doesn’t have to be hard-core exercise, but it takes a walk, enjoy something active outdoors, still keep carving out that time, so you don’t lose that group. 
-We have about 15 seconds and tonight’s episode 10,9 central and in next week, of course, the season finale, what can we expect from these two women? 
-You can see an incredible transformation as usual. Hum, it’s just a, it’s heartfelt episodes. They are both beautiful beautiful people and I’m just, I'm excited to share the stories of America because it’s what almost everyone out there is gonna do right now, especially if you are mum with kids and you are gonna lose weight, you are gonna to love this.
