A cool change is moving to the southeastern state overnight, but then another much stronger system is moving up to the South Australia. That will reach the southwest of Victoria tomorrow evening. It’s going to see increasing showers through that region and strengthening winds that will become strong and gusty as we move into the evening. Force of this band of cloud across central part to the continent now underneath. We are not expected to see much in the way of rainfall. It may trigger a little bit of light rainfall through the central and southern inland of Queensland. Just a morning shower about the southeastern corner. The rest of the day will be partly cloudy but it is expected to remain mostly dry. Also mostly dry across New South Wales. A few light showers in the morning about the northeastern corner. We can see a late shower about the southwest slopes as well, but fairly mild condition to cross the state. Winds will become strong across Victoria. This is ahead of squally change in the southwest later. We’ll also start to see showers increasing particularly along the ranges and in the southwest.

For Tasmania, showers in the morning contracting to the west and north, tending to rain in the afternoon before it’s spread across the state overnight. And very strong and gusty winds.
Possible gusty winds with the southwesterly change moving through South Australia that will reach the southeast later in the day. And it’s the southeast corner likely to see more widely spread showers. And for Western Australia, a few showers about the south coast to the state. Could see a few heading up towards Perth, but Perth itself remaining dry. Just a few light falls across far south of the territory.
