1. Tensions in the White House are in full view after a New Yorker interview with new communication director Anthony Scaramucci. In the interview, he used some graphic terms to attack Chief of Staff Reince Preibus and White House strategist Steve Bannon. Scaramucci also threatened to fire staff responsible for leaks. 

2. Charlie Gard has died following a battle with a rare genetic disease. The terminally ill 11-month old attracted international attention, with his parents fought the hospital of his care. Yesterday, a British judge ruled that the child should be transferred to hospice and taken off live support. 

3. A federal emergency exists for Ocracoke and Hatteras islands, South Carolina after a construction company cut a major power line to the island. A handful of tourists remained on Ocracoke . Local businesses expect big losses. 

4. And in Kazakhstan, a Soyuz space capsule successfully blast off for the international space station. The capsule carried an American, a Russian and an Italian space travelers.
