 　　More bodies have been recovered from the Java Sea where an AirAsia flight crashed.

　　Four more corpses¹ were recovered over the weekend, raising the total to 34.

　　30 of them had been transferred to Surabaya, Indonesia as part of the ongoing² investigation³.

　　Five large objects believed to be the wreckage⁴ of the Airbus 320 have also been spotted⁵, but the plane's flight data recorders remain missing.

　　Bad weather has forced divers⁶ to suspend efforts to find the plane's fuselage, where most of the bodies are believed to be trapped.

　　"Today we were slowed down by poor weather. Some rescuers tried to dive but were hampered⁷ by visibility and underwater currents that forced us to suspend operations, as the safety of our rescuers during operations is an important concern."

　　Nearly 30 ships are now involved in the multinational⁸ search operation, as well as six planes and 14 helicopters.

　　Flight 8501 with 162 people on board crashed just over a week ago while en route from Indonesia to Singapore.

　　Bad weather is believed to be the biggest factor in the crash.

　　Indonesian weather agency BMKG has said initial analysis suggested icy conditions in the air may have caused the plane's engine to stall.
